Applications Support

Roto North America provides a keen level of support when a new customer is evaluating our hardware for fit, form, and function in their window profile. We don’t simply ship a box of sample hardware to customers for them to figure out on their own. Our application support includes:

  • Detailed review of customer’s profile electronically (typically in AutoCAD) to provide a preliminary validation of fit/form/function
  • Build sample windows to verify our electronic validation
  • Select a BOM (bill-of-material) that will optimize the performance of a customer’s window or door with Roto’s hardware
  • Provide on-site training to ensure optimal location and installation of hardware
  • Trouble-shoot concerns, in collaboration with customers, when questions about field performance arise
  • Conduct “best practice” review of customer’s hardware installation process
