A letter from the President & CEO in regards to COVID-19:

 

Roto North America is fully operational.

We want to assure you that Roto Frank of America, Inc. and Roto Fasco Canada, Inc. are taking appropriate precautions during this COVID-19 crisis. These precautions are designed to protect our employees, their families, and our communities as well as to continue to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Since the situation is constantly being updated, please rest assured that we are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak on a regular basis. Reasonable precautions to prevent the spread of any infectious diseases have been implemented throughout our facilities.

The management team at Roto North America has also enacted several safety measures to protect our customers and employees. This includes a business travel ban for all employees. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adapt policies and procedures in accordance with CDC recommendations, while communicating updates with you.

At this moment, it is business as usual for the supply chain of Roto hardware. If circumstances develop that will jeopardize the supply of hardware, we will advise immediately.
