Recently, Roto Frank of America, Inc. hired Mayela Vela as their new Human Resources Manager. Vela joins the Roto team after previously working in HR Management and Development roles for mid and large sized global manufacturing companies in the U.S. and Mexico. She brings to the Roto team extensive HR Experience in manufacturing and distribution companies, along with a strong background in IT and HRIS implementation, safety and training, international exposure.

Vela has a BS degree in Computer Science, along with a MBA from Sacred Heart University. She is a HR Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and has a PHR Certification form the Human Resources Certification Institute.

“I’m excited to take on my new role as Roto Frank of America’s HR Manager. My background with manufacturing and distribution companies helps me understand our industry including the employees at Roto,” says Vela. She will report directly to Roto North America’s President & CEO, Chris Dimou.
