Roto Frank of America, Inc. recently welcomed a new Customer Service Representative, Carolann McCaa.

Carolann brings fifteen years of previous experience at various high-volume window and door manufacturers, where she was exposed to all aspects of business operations. In her previous role as an Inside Sales Coordinator, she was able to provide quotes for upcoming projects, process orders while also working closely with various other roles to ensure a smooth ordering process. Carolann’s role with Roto North America will allow her to directly interact with customers to help with new orders, shipping questions, or any other inquiries that may arise.

Carolann will report directly to Sandra Mahan, Roto North America’s Customer Service Manager.
