The study “Best Jobs with Future Prospects” conducted by the German Institute for Management and Economic Research and Deutschland Test assessed around 12,000 companies that are fit for the future and offer employee-friendly environments. In the category “Suppliers of Door and Window Technology,” Roto Frank Window and Door Technology (Roto FTT) achieved the highest score of 100, out of the nine companies evaluated.

The rating considered three categories: future readiness, efficiency, and working environment.
