New customer service representative for Roto North America, Renee ComaRoto North America is pleased to welcome Renee Coma to our Customer Service Team! Renee’s customer focus, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude makes her a great fit for this role. Her prior experience with SAP gives her an edge in assisting customers with quick and thorough information, while her more technical background lends itself naturally to her role in Customer Service.

Renee’s role will include working closely with our customer’s to provide support in the areas of ordering, lead times, product availability, and shipping details to name a few. She will also be responsible for the processing of credit applications and contributing to new customer set ups.

Her supervisor, Sandra, states “Renee will be a strong addition to our team. Her communication and problem-solving skills will be a valuable addition to our wonderful Customer Service Team.”
