Roto Strengthens Market Presence in South America

Since its foundation in 2007, Roto Frank Latina S.A., a Buenos Aires-based subsidiary of Roto Window and Door Technology, has become a central hub for South American markets. With its recent move to the administrative district of Partido de Escobar, north of the Argentinian capital, the company is sending a clear signal that it’s committed to further growth and strengthening regional customer relationships.

The new site is strategically located in a dynamically expanding industrial area. With 26,910 sq ft of warehouse space and 3,229 sq ft of office space, it offers the ideal conditions for efficient operations. Roto now serves Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Columbia, Ecuador and Chile from Argentina.

The enhanced infrastructure simplifies logistics processes and improves service quality for regional market partners, while the larger   storage area enables optimized delivery times and reliable product availability. At the same time, the state-of-the-art industrial park opens up opportunities for systematic expansion into new market segments. Customers can also benefit from training programs tailored to local requirements.

The relocation paves the way for several different internal process optimizations. The proximity to central construction regions and partner companies, as well as the state-of-the-art infrastructure of the new industrial area will help optimize lean processes. For the employees, the offered transportation service will support them in their daily commute, not only making their everyday life easier, but also boosting team spirit. Overall, the new site presents itself as a future-oriented base for further regional development. With the expansion of infrastructure, storage capacity, and personnel, Roto Frank Latina S.A. is consistently focusing on growth to further consolidate its position as a leading supplier of hardware in the Argentinian vinyl and aluminum market.

At the end of February, the location held an official inauguration with over 100 customers, partners, and employees. Representatives from Roto management and the regional community emphasized the strategic importance of this development for Roto’s future growth in Argentina. “As a global system provider for building hardware and weatherseals, we are where our customers are,” emphasized Marcus Sander, CEO of Roto Window and Door Technology. “With the new location, we are making a targeted investment in structures that will enable us to serve our markets even more efficiently, flexibly and cooperatively.” Chris Dimou, President, North and South America at Roto Window and Door Technology, highlighted the regional benefits of this change: “Today, we are not only opening a logistics center, but also a facility that represents growth, commitment, and confidence in the future – confidence in our company, in our customers, and in this region.”
