The Roto Group Appoints a Successor to CFO Michael Stangier

Dr. Keill Eckhard thanks Michael Stangier for his service.

Michael Stangier has been the CFO of Roto Frank Window and Door Technology (FTT) and a member of the Board of Directors for 20 years. He will now hand over responsibility to Christian Seller during the second quarter.

“It is crucial that key roles, like the CFO positions in the Roto Group divisions, are filled by experienced professionals,” explained Dr. Eckhard Keill, Sole Director of Roto Frank Holding AG. “We are therefore very pleased to bring in Christian Seller as the new CFO of Roto FTT.”

Christian Seller is an accomplished manager who has successfully held this position in manufacturing companies, including the construction industry.

“Michael Stangier’s work has been instrumental in achieving economic stability and sustainable development,” emphasizes Dr. Keill. Moving forward, Stangier will offer his services to the Roto Group in an advisory capacity.
