The adjustment mechanisms are instead integrated into the hinge roller. Versions like the 218P and 318P, with a diameter of just 18 mm for vinyl doors, are available with trendy finishes such as jet-black matt or finely textured jet-black matt.

The Roto Safe Eneo CC electromechanical multipoint locking system opens and locks the main and additional locks using a motor and the 4in1 access control system. This system allows the door to be open either via a Bluetooth-connected mobile phone, a finger scan, an RFID-capable medium, or a numerical code.

Roto Door is also setting the benchmark when it comes to mechanical burglary inhibition. Multipoint locks from the Roto Safe range can achieve increased protection when paired with additional combination or Quadbolt locks.

A specific example is the Roto Safe C600 lock generation. It offers maximum flexibility for additional locks – from economical solutions to high-security features like the 17-point lock. This cylinder-operated multipoint locking system can be used to reliably secure doors of all material types up to a sash rebate height of 9” 10’ (3,000 mm). Additional features like the push-back safeguard after one key turn, and the optional drilling plate underline the elevated security options offered by this solution.

Roto’s electronic monitoring solutions complement the mechanical security options. For instance, Roto Safe deadbolt switch contacts, paired with contact elements from the Roto E-Tec Control MVS, offer reliable locking and opening monitoring for multipoint locks. The deadbolt switch contact is built into the frame component and is activated by the main deadbolt. When combined with the concealed MVS contact element, the status of the door is transmitted to alarm or smart home systems.

Deventer drop down seals also blend effortlessly into the design, as they are concealed in the hardware groove, creating a subtle appearance. Despite their minimal height, the drop down seals offer reliable protection against the elements. An integrated mechanism lowers the seal automatically, providing reliable sealing for the lower joint. The thresholds combine innovative hardware and sealing technology with sophisticated design, enabling a wide range of solutions for premium hinged doors made from vinyl or wood. The Roto Frame-Tec shims from the Roto Equipment range enable precise shimming and leveling of the thresholds. This ensures optimal load distribution and further increases the durability of the door systems.
