Roto Frank Appoints Jorge Cairoli as General Manager of Roto Frank Latina (Argentina)

Roto Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of Jorge Cairoli as General Manager of Roto Frank Latina S.A. (Argentina), effective May 1, 2026.

Jorge Cairoli joins Roto Frank with more than two decades of experience in senior management and finance leadership roles within international companies, primarily across Latin America. Most recently, he served at Hilti, where he held several senior positions of increasing responsibility, including Chief Financial Officer roles in Argentina and Colombia. In his most recent assignment, Jorge was responsible for the Caribbean countries and Colombia Finance teams, based in Panama, supporting multi-country operations and working closely with regional and global leadership.

Throughout his career, Jorge has built a strong track record in strategic planning, financial leadership, business transformation, and operational excellence, with deep exposure to the construction and industrial sectors. His international background, combined with hands-on experience in complex and dynamic markets, positions him well to lead Roto Frank Latina’s next phase of growth and development.

In his new role, Jorge will report directly to Chris Dimou, President & CEO, The Americas. Together with Marlon Neves, General Manager of Roto Fermax Brazil, and Pablo Greppi, Head of Sales South America, Jorge will be part of the South America Management Team, driving regional coordination, performance, and strategic alignment across the continent. Both Marlon Neves and Pablo Greppi will continue reporting to Chris Dimou.

Jorge holds a degree as a Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires and is fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Portuguese.
