Roto Launches Customer Portal

Following the successful rollout of the Roto Customer Portal across Europe, Roto is announcing its official launch in North America. Designed with the customer in mind, the portal offers secure, real-time access to order statuses and delivery information, providing greater visibility and control throughout the purchasing and delivery process.

Serving as a centralized digital hub, the Roto Customer Portal also allows easy access to important documents such as delivery notes, invoices, receipts, and more, streamlining document management for both Roto and its customers. Additionally, users can search for material data and product details.

Customers who do not yet have login credentials can request access directly through the Roto Customer Portal page or their customer service representative. As the platform continues to evolve, features may be added or refined to better support customer needs and workflows.

The development of the Roto Customer Portal underscores Roto’s ongoing digitalization efforts and its dedication to transparency and proactive communication.
