2-bar Hinges
- HG06 Standard Hinge
- Suitable for most Casement & Awning window applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and fiberglass)
- For sashes up to 125 lbs.
- 10, 14, 18, and 22 in. friction hinges available
- 10 in. and 14 in. washability, and egress versions
- 7/16 in. and 1/2 in. cavity heights versions
- Adjustable to 4 mm
- Available in powder coated steel and 304 SST
- HG06 Heavy Duty Hinge
- Suitable for most Casement window applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and fiberglass)
- For heavy sashes up to 150 lbs.
- 14 in. washability version
- 7/16 in. and 1/2 in. cavity heights versions
- Adjustable to 4 mm
- Available in powder coated steel and 304 SST
- HG06 Supreme Hinge
- Premium hinge designed to accommodate the X-DRIVE Heavy Duty Operator
- Additional strength in the track and shoe to provide increased load capacity of up to 200 lbs.
- Per Roto application, opening angle should be limited to 55-60 degrees
- Proprietary low friction coating reduces operating force
- Flared track entrance promotes easy sash assembly
- 14 in. washability version

4-bar Hinges

- Suitable for most Casement & Awning applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum)
- 16-17 mm stack height
- Eurogroove, egress, self-balancing, offset, and loose-rivet options
- Multiple stop positions for oversized windows
- All hinges sold in pairs
- Made from 304 SST for extra corrosion resistance
- Composite steel/plastic slider for strength, durability, and smooth operation
- Cycle tested to 50,000 cycles with no loss of function
- Tested and approved to FGIA AAMA 904-21
- Kempton Hinge
- Suitable for most Casement & Awning applications (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and fiberglass)
- For sash weights from 53 lbs. up to 396 lbs.
- Limits the opening angle and ensures sash is held open
- Opening position of the window is retained, enabling convenient ventilation
- Tight sealing, especially when strong wind pressure forces impact on the window from outside
- Top-hung hinges offer a height adjustment component
- Tested and certified to AAMA 904 for Top-Hung (Awning) and Side-Hung (Casement) variants
- Array of turn restrictors available for commercial and residential applications
