Roto’s Range of Sliding Patio Door Products

Sliding patio doors and windows allow for maximum space utilization, which is why they are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. Roto Window and Door Technology offers high-quality hardware solutions for all frame materials and sliding opening types—from Lift&Slide, Tilt&Slide, to Parallel Sliding systems. With the Perfect Match combination of hardware, thresholds, and handles, the company is setting new standards in impermeability, operating convenience, and security. All components are optimally coordinated for specific applications and tailored to the manufacturer’s profile system. Roto also guarantees the highest delivery reliability worldwide for its entire product range. At Fensterbau Frontale, Roto presented its internationally successful sliding hardware systems. All trade show exhibits were integrated into the virtual Roto City and can be revisited by anyone guided by a Roto specialist.

The Roto Patio Lift | Slim hardware system for large Lift&Slide units with slim profiles offers excellent ease of operation and enhanced burglary inhibition. The easy-to-install roller bogie supports sash weights of up to 882 lbs. (400 kg) and impresses with its exceptionally smooth operation. The Lift | Slim Lift&Slide hardware delivers high burglary inhibition through the combination of standard locking components and gearboxes with cylinders, anti-drill protection, anti-lift protection, and additional security components from the respective system provider.

The universal hardware Roto Patio Alversa offers one Tilt&Slide solution and three parallel-slide solutions, including various ventilation functions, for sash weights ranging from 352 to 441 lbs. (160 to 200 kg) in all frame materials. Thanks to the modular system design, all four variants can be manufactured on a single production line. Numerous common parts boosts efficiency for window manufacturers who produce their Tilt&Turn units with Roto NX or Roto AL, since the universal central locking mechanism of the Alversa is derived from these systems.

The parallel sliding hardware is available in two versions: Roto Patio Inowa for sash weights up to 551 lbs. (250 kg) and Roto Patio Inowa | Max for sash weights up to 882 lbs. (400 kg). Thanks to the active control of circumferential locking points, the sliding systems achieve a high level of impermeability. Even under extreme weather conditions and high wind loads, the system reliably protects against drafts, rain, and outside noise.

With its two variants, this hardware is suitable for sliding elements of all sizes and offers maximum ease of use even with sash heights of up to 11’10” (3,600 mm) or sash widths of up to 9’10” (3,000 mm). The soft-close functions enhance comfort, by gently slowing the sash before reaching its end position during opening and closing.

With the new Roto Square handle line, the manufacturer continues to expand its program with a model that embraces modern aesthetics.

With its new design as a lever handle for the Inowa sliding systems, Roto Square also stands out for its functionality: The ergonomic shape ensures high ease of use, while an integrated safety button prevents accidental opening. The handle can only be rotated from the closed position (0°) to the open position (180°) while the button is pressed.

A highlight is the integrated VarioFit® technology, which automatically adjusts the pin length to different window profiles, enabling flexible installation, reduced logistics costs, and lower inventory requirements.

Roto Square handles are suitable for sliding elements, windows, and hinged doors and complement the rising trends in façades and interiors.
