The locking system protects the homeowner from unwanted “guests”, and Roto offers a basic single point mortise lock, up to a 4-point locking system. The array of mortise lock options will provide the door manufacturer with a complete line of options.
1-point Locking System

4-point Locking System
- Robust hook-style locking points with two opposing primary hooks and an additional outward facing hook 28 in (711 mm) from each side of the center line
- Anodized aluminum faceplate and 304 SST drive-rail for excellent corrosion performance
- Compatible with standard 4 in. (100 mm) 3-hole US tail-driven system
- Increased adjustability in top and bottom locking points where doors are more prone to misalignment
- 1-point strike features 1/4 in. (6.35 mm) adjustability
- 2-point strike features 1/8 in. (3.175 mm) adjustability
- Mishandling device prevents hooks from being thrown while open to avoid damage to hardware and frame
- Opposing hook facings prevent door panel from being lifted off track and out of frame
