Product Overview
Roto’s X-DRIVE Casement & Awning operators are produced in Chester, CT. The arms are precisely cut with state-of-the-art 5-axis lasers and feature a choice of 304 SST or CRS on most exterior components for North American-made quality, and superior corrosion resistance.
Two directional fixing is standard on all operators, which secures the operator in two places for a solid connection, pulls in the operator for an optimal seal, and helps reduce water and air infiltration.
X-DRIVE OP06
- Patented laser cut gear teeth for superior strength
- Fully sealed operator can be used with or without cover cap
- Only operator available on market with zinc cover cap option for one-to-one color match with zinc crank handle
- Optional cover caps available in zinc or plastic in an array of colors

- Wider riveted die cast base utilizes the industry standard dimensional footprint
- Multiple crank handle styles available: X10 lockout, and OP08 crank handles
- Kits (crank handle and plastic cover cap packaged in a sealed bag) offered in X10 lockout and OP08 crank handle options
- Plastic covers available in an array of finishes
- Tested and certified to highest possible AAMA 901 rating
- Available in 304 SST and CRS

- Manufactured for aluminum profiles
- Can fit into tighter operator cavities
